Thank you for taking the time to visit Miller Homes’ consultation website. Here you can find out more about our emerging proposals for a new high-quality residential development in Cofton Hackett.
Set within the village and immediately west of Cofton Grange, the site offers the opportunity to deliver new homes in a location that combines the character of countryside living with the convenience of nearby shops, leisure, green space and public transport connections.
We want to hear from the Cofton Hackett community to better understand the views, priorities, and aspirations of local residents, as our proposals for Land off Skylark Street continue to evolve.
Miller Homes is currently preparing a Full (detailed) planning application for up to 115 homes, including 50% affordable housing provision. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes for Cofton Hackett that recognise the village’s rural character and integrate the new homes proposed sensitively within the existing community.
Public Consultation
A public webinar will be held from 6pm to 7:30 pm on 21 May 2026, giving local residents the opportunity to hear from the project team and ask questions directly. If you would like to attend the webinar, please register your attendance here.
